Who We Are?

Priceless Moments Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Boise, Idaho, and is officially recognized by the IRS as a tax-exempt public charity. Through the generosity of our supporters and the dedication of our volunteers, we remain committed to creating sustainable opportunities that empower children, strengthen communities, and inspire lasting change.

We support families to meet the most basic needs of education, healthcare, food, shelter and livelihood programs, aiming to break the cycle of poverty.

Our objectives are to
(1) improve household nutrition and food security,
