About Us

Who We Are

Priceless Moments Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Boise, Idaho, and is officially recognized by the IRS as a tax-exempt public charity. EIN: 41-2812983.

Through our Bakery & Confectionery project, we aim to empower both in- and out-of-school children & youths with bakery skills and keep them out of current dangers (HIV/AIDS), early pregnancy, early marriages, prostitution, drug addiction, breaking the yoke of vulnerability and having a good, conducive working environment to enable them to obtain a desirable life so as to eradicate poverty.

Therefore, your support in this project directly helps combat food scarcity and supports children’s educational pursuits.
